Refund policy

All Desibolo purchases are one-time payments for lifetime access. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions of any kind.

If you change your mind or experience an issue, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.

To request a refund:

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Desibolo cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, follow the steps based on your platform:

For Apple App Store:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID

  3. Find your Desibolo purchase and select Request a refund

For Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Google Play app

  2. Tap Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history

  3. Select the Desibolo purchase and tap Request a refund
